NET::ERR_SSL_PINNED_KEY_NOT_IN_CERT_CHAIN
when a site changed the Certificate and the max-age is not reached you cann clear the cache for this site at: chrome://net-internals/#hsts
Enter your changed Domain at Delete domain And press Delete.
